Food blogger Carrie Forrest had been writing about healthy recipes for five years under the name of Carrie-on-Vegan, but a lifestyle change prompted the need for an expanded focus to her blog, and a new name – Carrie on Living. Carrie needed a new brand identity to represent her blog’s more expansive focus and support her mission  – ‘to inspire readers to make healthy life choices and compassionate, health promoting meals that are 100% delicious.’

With over 10,000 followers Carrie had the audience to appeal to advertisers, but needed a professional visual identity to secure the advertising.

A new logo and color scheme was created with the intent to appeal to her largely female audience, while combining the focus areas of nature and nourishment. The brand includes a variety of options for logo use, to ensure it’s adaptable for all uses and includes primary and secondary marks as well as a monogram icon.
